Skills
- Systems integration architecture and design proposal drafting.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, PRM and Pardot implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, Process Builder, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of CRM data modeling, performance and security considerations.
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to adopt and scale architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design, document and implement scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture (CPQ, PRM, Pardot).
- Define data architecture, integration patterns and application governance for CRM and commercial systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT on security, performance, development process and roadmap planning.
- Recommend Salesforce-based solutions and integration points to improve scalability, performance and business workflows.
- Develop and maintain solutions using declarative and code-based Salesforce technologies (Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs).
- Advise and mentor CRM technical staff on best practices for Salesforce implementation and scaling.
- Support stakeholder engagement across Commercial, Risk, Pricing and Legal with consultative guidance and functional issue resolution.
- Participate in end-to-end sales technology projects including planning, design, testing and releases.
- Evaluate inbound requests, new product releases and acquisition integrations to inform the Commercial systems roadmap.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture or a closely related position.
