Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced data analytics and ML to derive insights and optimize credit strategies
- Partner with Engineering to build and operationalize risk models and credit risk capabilities
- Monitor portfolio and macroeconomic trends impacting loan performance and model drift
- Drive adjustments to underwriting and marketing strategies to mitigate risk
- Oversee team support for new product formation and market exploration
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management for credit analysts
- Manage team resources, workload distribution, and project timelines
- Supervise direct reports and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
Education
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant professional experience in analytics, credit risk, or related domains (minimum listed experience applies)
