Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for prescreen direct mail campaign targeting
- Perform rigorous model calibration to ensure predicted probabilities align with outcomes
- Design and implement scalable data science solutions for prescreen strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing, Risk Analytics, Product, and Engineering to operationalize insights
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics (response, conversion, approval, ROI)
Education
- MS or PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, Operations Research, or similar)
