Responsibilities
- Lead measurement and estimation approaches for marketing effectiveness, attribution, and optimization.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments (product and marketing) and build a systematic experimentation program.
- Develop and operationalize customer lifetime value and media mix attribution models for decisioning.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to build scalable ML/analytics pipelines and production tooling.
- Architect feedback mechanisms between apps and ad networks; add features to in-house experimentation engines.
- Drive production-grade solutions and mentoring: code reviews, quality assurance, and technical mentorship.
- Translate analytical results into actionable recommendations and work with stakeholders to implement operational change.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, CS, Engineering, Economics)
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a related field preferred but not required
