- Strong project planning and execution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
- Experience integrating UX elements with backend services and third-party developer APIs
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for external partner stakeholders
- Lead development of project plans including solution designs, timeline forecasting, task breakdown, and testing strategy
- Create and maintain integration support materials and technical documentation for new product rollouts and feature updates
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to build and execute partnership roadmaps
- Serve as an SME and escalation point for technical issues affecting internal and external teams
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with partners to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless coordination and deliver projects to successful completion
- Provide feedback on integration strategy, product enhancements, and operational workflows
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant technical coursework or certifications are a plus
