Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans collaboratively with members
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, and occasional substance use needs
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR
- Coordinate care with other providers and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Participate in optional case consultations and clinical team supervision
- Adhere to HIPAA and applicable state licensure regulations
Education
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field
- Active, verifiable Iowa license (LISW, LMFT, or LMHC)
- Licensure verification via state board required as part of application
