Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate member readiness and determine level of care
- Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum
- Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals when appropriate
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable state regulations
- Participate in clinical supervision and continuing education as required
Education
- Active state clinical license (CADC, LCPC, or LCSW) verified through the State Board
- Relevant clinical training in substance use disorders (formal degree not explicitly required in posting)
