- Active, verifiable Arizona clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LAMFT, or LMSW)
- Experience providing outpatient or telehealth psychotherapy
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Comfort using EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google/Microsoft productivity tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with professionalism
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop collaborative, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and occasional co-occurring substance use disorders
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers as needed
- Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations
- Adhere to HIPAA and state licensure regulations
Education
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field (or appropriate degree for licensure)
- Active state clinical licensure as listed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LAMFT, or LMSW)
- Verification of credentials via state board required as part of application
