Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop collaborative, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, and occasionally substance use needs
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members and refer as appropriate
- Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations
- Adhere to HIPAA and applicable state licensure regulations and standards
Education
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or equivalent
- Active, verifiable Colorado license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
- Licensure must be verifiable via the State Board website
