Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members and participate in clinical meetings/case consultation
- Support members with a range of needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and occasionally co-occurring substance use disorders
- Adhere to HIPAA requirements and state licensure regulations
Education
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or equivalent
- Active state license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC (Virginia)
- Verification of credentials via state board as part of application
