Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky. CPR certification required.
- Experience: Experience in home visitation is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in phlebotomy (blood draws) and accurate clinical documentation.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Comfort with community outreach is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home blood draws for lead testing.
- Provide education and follow-up case management.
- Assist with special public health projects.
- Document care accurately in patient records.
