Skills
- Active Ohio clinical license (LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LPC, or MFT)
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Proficiency with EMRs and telehealth platforms
- Comfort with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Person-centered, trauma-informed clinical approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop collaborative, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, and related challenges, with occasional work supporting co-occurring substance use needs
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members and participate in clinical meetings and case consultations
- Adhere to HIPAA and applicable state licensure regulations and standards
Education
- Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or related field
- Active and verifiable Ohio licensure (LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LPC, or MFT)
- Licensure verification through the State Board’s website as part of application
