As a Moveworks Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. This role blends technical expertise, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and platform governance. You’ll work closely with business units, IT stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable Moveworks-based solutions that automate support and enhance productivity across departments (e.g., IT, HR, Finance).
You will serve as the subject matter expert for Moveworks, responsible for aligning its capabilities with enterprise needs while ensuring performance, maintainability, and extensibility.
This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work, to be based in Houston or Dallas, TX.
