AECOM is seeking a Design Phase Manager (Construction) to be based in San Francisco, CA
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Must be able to successfully pass client background check
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrate the ability to lead a high preforming team providing collaborative integrated leadership. Candidate to show through past performance and provided references.
Prior experience managing projects through the Division of the State Architect (DSA) approval process
Experience with multiple construction delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build, GC-PreQual, Design-Build and Lease-Lease-Back
DBIA Certificate
Familiarity with state funding processes and requirements for California Community College construction projects
Proficiency with Bluebeam including Bluebeam Studio Session for Design Reviews
