Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships with about 200-250 families and 70-90 tutors, sell programs, provide support, and track student progress while achieving revenue goals.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required; sales experience and experience in an entrepreneurial environment are preferred.
Location: This is a fully remote position with a preference for candidates living in Pacific or Mountain time zones.
Compensation: $60000 - $90000 / Annually

Customer service is what sets StudyPoint apart from the competition. As a part of our Service Team, you will be responsible for fostering great relationships between students, families, and tutors. You’ll also collaborate with our enrollment and academics team to ensure families and tutors are set up for success.
