- Prior healthcare and project management experience
- Experience with EHR/EMR integration and interface lifecycle
- Ability to read and interpret technical design documents and data flow diagrams
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work onsite daily at the Arlington/Rosslyn client site
- U.S. citizenship (required)
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day healthcare interface development, deployment, and cutover activities
- Provide functional and technical guidance to development and integration teams
- Coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including program leadership and client teams
- Track and escalate issues and risks; drive mitigation plans
- Review and interpret technical design documentation and data flow diagrams
- Prepare and deliver written and verbal status updates to program executives
- Facilitate testing, validation, and deployment of interfaces and integrations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Project management certification preferred (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar)
