AECOM is seeking a self-starter and experienced Area Managers to lead the operations of an area or subregion of our business to drive growth and serve Aviation clients. In this role, Aviation Area Manager will work closely with the Aviation Market Sector Lead, Business Development Managers, Client Account Managers, and the Division Manager and will be accountable for managing operations to deliver on operating plans and desired outcomes. The Area Managers will work with the Division Manager and Market Sector Lead to help drive growth and development across their designated areas and serve our clients successfully.

Key Performance Indicators – Based upon the above description of roles and responsibilities, the position will be measured annually on the following metrics: Sales and, NSR bookings (no area specific targets however contributions to the regional targets), gross margin, client satisfaction, employee retention and headcount, and industry leadership. All metrics will be defined on an annual basis.
