Responsibilities
- Create and maintain job files for each project throughout its duration
- Optimize project scope through product selection, specifications, estimates, proposals and value engineering
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and track timelines, pricing and ship dates
- Coordinate submittals, IOM requests and equipment documentation with manufacturers and clients
- Read, understand and interpret building plans and specifications
- Communicate with owners, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to clarify requirements
- Organize project data for order entry and assist Sales Team with proposals
- Investigate project concerns, implement corrective actions, and maintain customer satisfaction
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience (7-10 years)
- Relevant technical training or certifications in HVAC/MEP a plus
