- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of related project management experience (or equivalent)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.)
- Strong budgeting, scheduling and contract management skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel and work onsite for extended project durations
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Manage a phase of large complex projects or multiple medium-sized projects ($500K - $10M)
- Oversee project life cycle from proposal/bidding through completion and closeout
- Ensure projects meet client expectations, schedule, budget and quality targets
- Champion safety performance and compliance across project teams
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to deliver project milestones
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts and change orders
- Use project management software to plan, schedule and track progress
- Travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments as required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and relevant construction/project management experience
