Client Success Manager, Marketer

Adswerve is an award-winning data, media, and tech consultancy and a leading Google and Adobe partner helping brands and agencies maximize ROI from digital marketing. We are seeking an articulate, confident, and enthusiastic Client Success Manager (Marketer) to own a scalable portfolio of direct-marketer accounts, drive engagement, demonstrate platform ROI, and uncover expansion opportunities while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Skills

  • 3+ years in Client Services, Customer Success, or agency roles
  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms (DV360, Trade Desk) and paid search (Google Ads, Search Ads 360)
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics; Google Cloud is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Time management and organization to manage multiple clients and deadlines
  • Experience or comfort working with Salesforce or CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain successful client relationships and proactively engage low-touch accounts
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and internal champion for marketer clients, coordinating requests and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams on managed services, consulting opportunities, support cases, and data science projects
  • Directly accountable for maximizing dollar retention and minimizing churn across an assigned client portfolio
  • Demonstrate knowledge of DSPs and media platforms to manage accounts effectively
  • Monitor and negotiate service contracts, project renewals, and retainers
  • Work with Finance to monitor forecasted versus actualized revenues across media platforms
  • Assist with partner relationships (e.g., Google) as they relate to a book of business
  • Act as client advocate by gathering feedback, surfacing risks, and communicating needs to management
  • Document key client communications, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
