Job Summary:
This role is responsible for driving world class customer service, operational efficiency, and exceptional partner experiences across sports and entertainment properties. The position combines strategic project coordination, corporate partnership service, and activation management to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, sponsorship programs, and hospitality events. Reporting to senior leadership, this individual will manage cross-functional projects, cultivate new business, and deliver best-in-class service to partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring contractual fulfillment and identifying upsell opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and weekly sales reports.
Execute all partnership activations, including game-day promotions, special events, and hospitality experiences.
Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site activations, ensuring flawless delivery and client satisfaction.
Track and report partnership performance, including proof of performance and ROI analysis.
Serve as project manager for major marketing and partnership initiatives, building timelines and ensuring cross-departmental collaboration.
Maintain master calendars, budgets, and performance dashboards for marketing and partnerships.
Support strategic planning sessions and deliver executive-level presentations.
Work closely with marketing, business analytics, operations, and creative teams to optimize campaigns and activations.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations across all platforms.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
4+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, activation, or project management (sports/entertainment preferred).
Proven ability to meet and manage complex projects.
Strong organizational, analytical, and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and media valuation tools.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and event days.
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing advertiser relationships in the local market.
Experience with sponsorship activation and hospitality management.
Creative content or photography skills a plus.
