Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lead lifecycle reporting frameworks focusing on metrics like lead conversion, scoring, and engagement
- Establish scalable data infrastructure for marketing and sales attribution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and management
- Optimize and document lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and conversion processes
- Maintain marketing tech stack integrations, including Marketo and Salesforce
- Create executive dashboards for visibility into lead management and support strategic decisions
- Assist in automating marketing and lead management workflows for efficiency and scalability
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Master’s degree preferred with at least 2 years of relevant experience
