We’re looking for a Mid-Level Visual Designer to join our Brand Creative team in a role that has a strong focus on supporting our social media presence. You will prioritize creating engaging, on-brand visual assets that bring our social campaigns to life across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Threads.
While social media is the primary focus, you’ll also contribute to broader brand creative initiatives including internal communications, employer branding, marketing, and lifecycle campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, is proactive in seeking cross-functional collaboration opportunities, brings fresh, creative ideas to the table, and acts as an internal brand ambassador to ensure consistent, impactful brand expression.
What You’ll Do
Create engaging, on-brand visual assets that align with brand storytelling and culture for a variety of formats — social graphics, internal and external communications, employer branding, lifecycle marketing, and more
Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual narratives that support marketing, communications, and culture-building initiatives
Collaborate with writers, UX designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain visual consistency and elevate brand expression
Work primarily across digital formats, ensuring clarity, quality, and visual impact
Take feedback with professionalism and use it to refine and improve designs
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our brand standards and creative processes
Help champion design excellence and support best-in-class brand execution as our creative function scales
Proactively seek cross-functional collaboration opportunities to enhance creative output and brand cohesion
Collaborate with performance and product designers to exchange insights, elevate shared practices, and contribute to a thriving, connected design culture across the broader creative team
Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table that push the brand forward
What You Bring
4+ years of design experience at an agency or in-house creative team
A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and execution across multiple channels, with a focus on social media
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Experience with brand systems and working within visual guidelines
Strong collaboration skills — you communicate clearly and build productive relationships across teams
An understanding of design for different audiences and channels, and how to tailor content accordingly
A passion for storytelling, creativity, and using design to make a meaningful impact
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized — you can manage your time and projects effectively
A proactive attitude — you bring new ideas to the table and take initiative
Bonus Points For
Experience in financial services, fintech, or a highly regulated industry
Illustration skills or experience
Motion design or video editing experience
Experience working with or contributing to a design system
Familiarity with designing for employer brand, internal communications, or DEI initiatives
