Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to shape design vision and strategy in your area
- Create high-quality, production-ready designs and flows that solve customer and business needs
- Extend and apply Flexport’s design system across products
- Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and validate concepts with prototypes
- Give and solicit design feedback to raise quality across the team
- Build prototypes and present work at varying fidelities to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor peers and inspire higher UX standards within the team
Education
- Degree in HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or related field preferred
- Equivalent practical experience accepted
- Portfolio of work required (include link and password if applicable)
