Marketing Manager, Programmatic serves as a subject matter expert for programmatic advertising across Allergan Aesthetics’s portfolio of products (Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, SkinMedica, Coolsculpting, CoolTone and Natrelle implants). They will be a key contributor as part of the Paid Media team, responsible for their own portfolio of campaigns, and be highly collaborative with cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals.
They should have hands-on keyboard experience with multiple programmatic platforms and channels. As well as familiarity with every stage of campaign operations, from trafficking and troubleshooting creatives, optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals, and providing post campaign reporting and insights. This person will wear multiple hats but their core responsibilities will be to drive programmatic strategy, execution, and innovation in order to achieve business goals.
They are confident, knowledgeable, and enjoy collaborating with internal teams. Providing creative feedback, creating and implementing pixels/tags, as well as testing new programmatic mediums and partners . They will also manage administrative tasks associated with campaigns such as managing campaign budgets, insertion orders, and creating PO’s.
