Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate Sales Intelligence deployment work outlined in the Professional Service Package
- Partner with strategic and upper-enterprise accounts to align Sales Intelligence with customer priorities and KPIs
- Design and deliver tailored enablement and training for Sales Intelligence users and sales leadership
- Assess customer sales processes and recommend best-practice workflows using 6sense
- Advocate for customers on foundational setup, configuration, and roll-out considerations
- Manage stakeholder alignment on timelines, implementation goals and success metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing scope, expectations and project risks
- Coordinate transition from implementation to on-going customer support
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant certifications in sales enablement, CRM or project management are a plus
