Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy for early-stage companies within the studio’s portfolio.
- Act as a player-coach guiding venture teams through product-market validation and growth phases.
- Collaborate with engineering to design, test, and optimize in-product experiments targeting activation, retention, and conversion.
- Align PLG initiatives with Growth Marketing efforts to synchronize paid media, outreach, and sales with product funnels.
- Establish and report on key PLG metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.
- Architect automated self-serve onboarding and customer acquisition funnels with minimal human intervention.
- Implement viral growth loops, referral programs, and feature adoption campaigns within products.
- Develop and test pricing and packaging strategies tailored for SMB customers.
- Create a culture of continuous experimentation leveraging data analytics and A/B testing to optimize user journeys.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
