Skills
- 5+ years hands-on with Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules
- 10+ years domain experience in Billing, Revenue Management and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong integration skills with REST and SOAP APIs and ETL processes
- Proven experience delivering customer-aligned roadmaps and strategic advisory
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and customer-facing communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to define phased, actionable roadmaps aligned to business goals
- Design scalable Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ solutions that adapt to customer growth
- Provide strategic advisory on subscription management best practices and industry trends
- Lead standardization and deep-dive workshops to optimize configurations and workflows
- Conduct technical configuration and integration reviews and deliver optimization recommendations
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous value extraction from Zuora
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Zuora certifications preferred (Billing Certified Consultant, Billing Delivery Architect) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
