Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support to identify, respond to, and resolve client issues on the Addepar platform
- Analyze complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Account teams to perform root-cause analysis and maintain client satisfaction
- Design and oversee client onboarding solutions, ensuring compatibility across the Addepar ecosystem
- Execute project implementations and coordinate cross-functional delivery
- Communicate project health and status to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and contribute to scaling standard methodologies
Education
- BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Graduation between Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 (post-graduate cohort)
- Minors in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields are a plus
