- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Solution Architects focused on customer-facing technical delivery.
- Build and manage development and sustaining engineering teams to create and maintain custom connectors and integrations.
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients during architecture, design, and implementation phases.
- Collaborate with Sales to scope services proposals and support pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to ensure smooth delivery and continuous product improvement.
- Monitor project delivery metrics, resource utilization, and drive process improvements.
- Create technical documentation, tools, and onboarding templates to streamline customer integrations.
- Lead troubleshooting and remediation efforts for complex technical issues in customer environments.
- Represent Glean at client meetings and industry events promoting best practices in enterprise architecture and AI.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
