Microsoft Dynamics CE Solutions Architect – Healthcare Focus

- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience with healthcare workflows (patient intake, provider management, care coordination)
- Understanding of healthcare compliance standards and interoperability (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
- Experience integrating Dynamics CE with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare data platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-level implementations and multi-project delivery
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CE projects: pre-sales, solution engineering, estimation, design, build, and deployment
- Translate healthcare business requirements into scalable, compliant Dynamics CE architectures
- Create gap analyses and recommend customizations, enhancements, or workarounds
- Ensure designs meet healthcare data privacy and security standards (e.g., HIPAA)
- Review and validate functional requirement documents (FRDs) and solution designs
- Provide QA oversight during build and deployment phases
- Support sales discovery and help estimate work plans for healthcare clients
- Research and qualify healthcare-focused ISV solutions (patient engagement, care coordination)
- Mentor consultants and promote Dynamics CE best practices across the delivery team
- Contribute to the Center of Excellence and drive continuous improvement in delivery methodology
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (Dynamics 365, Azure, or related) preferred
