Responsibilities
- Serve as a core member of the Ventures BizOps cross-functional leadership team to drive incremental growth across specialties
- Ideate, size, prioritize, and operationalize innovation opportunities to accelerate and scale business units
- Translate strategic priorities into executable deployment plans that reflect operational realities
- Identify and remove obstacles that slow velocity or put company objectives at risk
- Act as the conduit between BizOps and non-dedicated cross-functional partners (Analytics, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.)
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into concise, actionable recommendations for leaders
- Drive monthly business reviews, tracking key metrics and opportunities for improvement with Ventures leadership
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred but not required
