Senior Business Operations Manager

Zocdoc is a leading digital health marketplace on a mission to give power to patients by making it easy to find and book care. The Senior Business Operations Manager on the Ventures BizOps team will drive growth initiatives across specialties by bridging strategy and execution, removing operational barriers, and enabling cross-functional teams to scale new products and processes.

Skills

  • 6+ years in strategy, operations, program or project management, or related roles
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into operational plans and drive execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders
  • Experience prioritizing initiatives and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency
  • Ability to operate in a fast-changing, ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a core member of the Ventures BizOps cross-functional leadership team to drive incremental growth across specialties
  • Ideate, size, prioritize, and operationalize innovation opportunities to accelerate and scale business units
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable deployment plans that reflect operational realities
  • Identify and remove obstacles that slow velocity or put company objectives at risk
  • Act as the conduit between BizOps and non-dedicated cross-functional partners (Analytics, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.)
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into concise, actionable recommendations for leaders
  • Drive monthly business reviews, tracking key metrics and opportunities for improvement with Ventures leadership

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred but not required
