Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to provider partners via phone, email, and chat
- Proactively identify and upsell relevant platform features and solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve provider issues promptly and effectively
- Educate providers on Zocdoc’s platform to drive adoption and engagement
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in internal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface provider feedback and improve experiences
- Seek opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce friction for providers
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
