We’re hiring an Onboarding & Success Manager to help new tax and accounting firms go live on Filed—quickly, confidently, and with real results. You’ll guide customers from contract to adoption: leading kickoff calls, setting up integrations (tax software, document systems, and more), training teams, and capturing what works so every next onboarding is smoother than the last. You’ll work across people, process, and product—helping firms modernize how they operate and adopt a new kind of intelligence-driven workflow. You’ll talk to customers weekly and own implementations end to end—with clear goals, autonomy, and impact. We’ll tell you the targets. How you hit them is on you. What you’ll be responsible for

  • Plan and run customer onboardings end-to-end (kickoff → go-live → adoption).

  • Configure and troubleshoot integrations; keep data flows secure and reliable.

  • Create clear customer-facing guides and training assets; turn fixes into playbooks.

  • Track milestones and risks with impeccable hygiene.

  • Partner with our Product and Engineering teams to surface onboarding insights that improve UX and adoption.

Your hard skillset

  • 3+ years leading B2B customer onboarding/implementation or CS in fintech/regulated SaaS; hands-on with integrations.

  • Comfortable with OAuth/SFTP/API keys, data imports, and workflow automation; tooling like ClickUp/Pylon/HubSpot (or equivalents).

  • Familiarity with accounting/tax/payroll, GL, or HRIS ecosystems is a plus; CPA background earns extra points.

  • Communication & training — translate complexities into clear, practical steps for tax professionals.

  • Ownership & grit — you move customers forward despite ambiguity.

  • Process mindset — you leave every onboarding better documented than you found it.

Location
Preference: New York City for in-person collaboration; open to US-remote for the right candidate.
