Job Description

As a Content Creator in Field Services, you'll join a team of articulate, highly-engaged marketers that have a passion for developing content that helps business owners achieve higher levels of success.

You will created engaging video content for FieldEdge, Service Autopilot, and Xplor Spot. Your videos should tell compelling stories for product release updates, BTV (blogs to video), short educational reels for Social Media, long-form interviews, LMS content, and other video and writing assignments as needed. You will be responsible for recording, hosting, and editing the videos using a green screen and on-screen graphics as well as scripting the videos. Other assignments could include hosting webinars and podcasts.

The ideal candidate must have strong writing abilities, extensive experience with creative video editing, an ability to translate product notes into stories, an exciting on-camera personality, and a willingness to take ownership of a project.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, compelling, concise, and grammatically correct copy in our company voice that speaks directly to our members.
  • Turn SEO-optimized content into compelling videos for social media.
  • Research and write scripts for service industry videos based on a monthly content calendar. Maintain the master list of video content.
  • Work with the Product Team and other Marketing Content Creators to turn monthly product release notes into easy-to-understand short-form videos and LMS content.
  • Record and edit videos using professional editing software, including graphics as needed.
  • Translate business education and product information to prospects and members as an on-camera talent. Let your excitement encourage viewers!
  • Directly engage with members of our communities to acquire quotes, testimonials, and in-person interviews.
  • Attend trade shows, trainings, and other industry events to gather testimonials and other footage.
  • Conduct audits to identify gaps in existing content and opportunities for new content.
  • Research the market to analyze for current-industry trends and new opportunities in similar industries.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years’ experience developing video marketing content, such as short-form reels, long-form content videos, BTV, testimonials, etc.
  • A strong understanding of video best practices.
  • Highly proficient in video filming and editing.
  • Strong portfolio with high-quality on-camera examples.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to convey complex material to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to transform messages into engaging, informative pieces that are Member-specific and accurate.

The average annual base salary pay range for this role is between  $56,000- $62,000

May be considered for discretionary annual bonus
