Xello is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to enhance client partnerships and drive the adoption of their educational platform within school districts in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on building trust-based relationships, providing strategic support, and ensuring clients achieve their goals through effective utilization of Xello.
Responsibilities: Maintain and manage client partnerships, establish success plans, conduct training sessions, track account health, and project manage client lifecycles to ensure alignment with district goals and retention metrics.
Skills: Account management, strategic program oversight, ability to communicate across roles, strong organizational skills, and technical proficiency with Salesforce and G Suite.
Qualifications: Former educator or district leader in Pennsylvania with experience in education or SaaS account management; strong relationship management and communication skills; proficiency in Salesforce and virtual tools, and a passion for educational equity.
Location: Remote position based in Pennsylvania, USA.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $120,000.
