Position: Software Engineer
Duties: Develop full-stack software, focusing on both backend and frontend projects. Design and develop systems that use large language models (LLMs) to create AI-powered agents. Develop and enhance generative AI (GAI) models, applying knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), as well as fine-tuning existing GAI models. Conduct code reviews and write automated tests. Define improvements for company applications. Fix bugs and analyze errors using available information and tools to maintain the robustness and reliability of company technology. Develop software system testing and validation procedures.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and 12 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. 12 months' experience in each of the following: Developing generative AI solutions using AI/ML frameworks and large language models including OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic; designing and optimizing database schemas, performing database management tasks using SQL databases and NoSQL databases; building and deploying applications on cloud infrastructures, including AWS and GCP; and creating scalable system architectures with messaging systems.
