We’re looking for a Manager, Partner Solutions Architecture – North America Regional to join us in spreading the power of Wiz. In this role, you will report to the Director, WW Partner Solutions Architecture and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on understanding the technical business needs of our largest partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with North America partner sales leaders to build strong working relationships with Channel Directors and Partner Managers across the region.
  • Lead and manage a team of Partner Solutions Architects (PSAs) focused on scaling strategic partnerships across North America.
  • Recruit, retain, develop and coach a high-performing team of PSAs to own the technical GTM strategy for their respective strategic partners regionally.
  • Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Insert Wiz strategically within partners and help build corresponding services practices.
  • Develop champions by instilling a strong bias towards all things Wiz through strategic evangelization and enablement efforts.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners for cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Help partners achieve maximum value from the practices they build around Wiz technology, ensuring long-term joint success.
  • Execute partner programs to build repeatable, scalable practices to the partner maturity journey.
  • Bring strong technical executive presence to represent Wiz with partners
  • Build technical depth, enabling partners to be more self-sufficient as they sell and build services around Wiz
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure long-term success and growth of joint business 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record of running technical teams across both regional and global partner ecosystems to develop and execute strategic partner programs and drive outcomes at scale.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market models, complex organizational structures, and the ability to navigate effectively across multi-layered global organizations.
  • Experience with managed services offerings from technical, commercial, and operational perspectives.
  • Cloud security experience – with hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
  • Network engineering experience / background.
  • Strong operating system, virtual machine and container knowledge.
  • Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates and keys.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances 

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with resale partners, services partners, Solutions Providers, and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
  • Experience with CNAPP tools and/or cloud infrastructure security.
  • Technical SaaS selling experience.
  • Understanding of the CI/CD process.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$199,500$220,500 USD
