Strategic Partnerships Manager

Wisetack is a well-funded fintech startup building transparent consumer lending products for service-based businesses. They seek a results-oriented Strategic Partnerships Manager to own and scale a portfolio of software platform partners, driving revenue through product and go-to-market initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.

Skills

  • Account management and growth strategy experience with measurable revenue results
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for technical and executive audiences
  • Analytical skills to derive insights from partner metrics and large data sets
  • Comfort collaborating with engineering/product teams and basic understanding of APIs and technical integrations
  • Growth mindset and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of software partners and drive strategic initiatives that generate transaction-based revenue.
  • Lead regular strategic meetings with partners and internal stakeholders to set goals, track KPIs, and ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AEs, Solutions Engineers, Product Marketing, and Account Managers to execute partner strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders to grow partner business.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics, measure ROI, identify growth opportunities, and report findings internally and externally.
  • Strategize, present, and execute product and go-to-market initiatives to drive partnership revenue growth.
  • Synthesize partner feedback and advocate for product improvements with product and engineering teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
