Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing product development team, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching
- Mentor, coach, and develop engineers to reach their full potential
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to plan priorities and deliver value
- Contribute hands-on to design and implement features in Java on AWS
- Review code and technical designs for quality, scalability, and security
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation to increase efficiency
- Ensure production stability via incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Partner with recruiting to identify and hire top engineering talent
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a closely related field (required)
- Or equivalent technical experience
