- Experience troubleshooting complex software-hardware interactions
- Experience setting up and maintaining source control systems
- Familiarity with board bring-up and debugging processes
- Ability to work in rapid development cycles and cross-functional teams
- Experience automating tests or using scripting for data collection
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of embedded system firmware design, implementation, and validation
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on power supply evolution and board-level integration
- Support board bring-up, first-article testing, and hardware/software debugging
- Evaluate, select, and maintain source control and versioning workflows
- Develop and support software used in manufacturing and reliability testing
- Coordinate with product engineering to collect and analyze manufacturing test data
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (required)
