Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted primary contact for franchise owners and build strong relationships
- Coordinate and champion franchise requests with internal marketing, training, and operations teams
- Provide responsive, empathetic support and follow-through on franchisee needs
- Assist with project work including training sessions, marketing reviews, and process improvements
- Learn systems and processes to increasingly provide direct guidance to franchisees
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization and clear communication
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
