Responsibilities
- Serve as lead counsel in legal and accounting malpractice litigation, ethics proceedings, regulatory compliance matters, and related business disputes
- Advise clients on risk management, ethics, licensing, partnership matters, M&A activity, and internal governance
- Manage and advance complex litigation matters from intake through trial, settlement, and appeal
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents
- Attend and represent clients at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Develop and manage client relationships with a strategic, long-term focus
- Collaborate across practice groups (cybersecurity, employment, commercial, class actions) to provide integrated solutions
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and contribute to business development and thought leadership
Education
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California Bar (active)
- Ongoing professional legal development and CLE participation
