- Deep knowledge of personnel, physical, communications, and operations security disciplines
- Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 and government security regulations
- Experience preparing CONOPS, transportation and security plans for classified material
- Ability to investigate security incidents and recommend mitigations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for briefings and reporting
- Experience delivering security education and training programs
- Comfort working in an in-person, high-security environment supporting classified programs
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated personnel and physical security support for assigned classified contracts and program activities
- Ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 and applicable customer-specific security requirements
- Advise the Program Security Lead and FSO on security initiatives, risks, and mitigations
- Prepare transportation plans, CONOPS, and procedures for movement, storage, and operation of classified information and hardware
- Develop and deliver program security education and training for program personnel
- Report, investigate, and recommend mitigations for security incidents
- Implement and administer OPSEC, physical controls, and security procedures to meet government and company regulations
- Support mission assurance and deployment of classified systems in secure spaces
- Assist with alarm/guard response testing, physical security checks, visitor control, and entry/exit inspections
- Coordinate classified meetings requiring VARs and liaise with Security Services
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Additional security-related coursework or training recommended
