Responsibilities
- Ensure customs compliance by preparing and validating required documentation for CBP and other agencies
- Manage import/export data and declarations to keep shipments moving through customs
- Communicate with clients, shippers, and logistics partners to provide status updates and resolve issues
- Use Flexport’s platform to automate processes, capture data, and drive operational improvements
- Participate in client business reviews and operational calls to provide customs-related insights
- Follow and help refine standard operating procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
