This person will drive the development and optimization of Salesforce applications and integrations. This role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM software systems while collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and related web technologies (e.g., Java, REST, XML).
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance performance for 24/7 systems.
Integrate third-party products and legacy systems.
Translate business requirements into functional software solutions.
Provide technical leadership in Agile team environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant experience; advanced degrees may reduce the required experience.
Expertise in Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, Visualforce) and web services (REST/SOAP).
Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and communication skills.

Experience with Copado and tools like Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
