Stepful is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to develop innovative learning and career services solutions for allied healthcare training, with a strong focus on user experience and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include developing a seamless Learning Management System, enhancing job-seeking processes with AI, optimizing internal platforms for instructors, creating scalable content management solutions, and improving data accessibility for decision-making.
Skills: Candidates should have 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience, expertise in React, Typescript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have experience in EdTech or healthcare startups, as well as a demonstrated ability to develop meaningful projects.
Location: The position is located at 408 Broadway, Floor 5, New York; however, the coding interview is remote.
Compensation: $188000 - $238000 / Annually

New Hire Base Salary Bands:
Staff I - $188,000-$238,000
Please note we do not have a bonus structure at this time so all cash compensation will come in the form of base salary. The total compensation package will also include our benefits package and an equity (ISOs) package.
Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
