Guest Greeter

This job's primary purpose is to enter tour guest information into computer and assist sales representatives with their appointments.

What will you do as a Guest Greeter:

• Serve as the first point of contact in the lobby, greeting families and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Interact with guests to provide exceptional customer service and answer general questions.
• Welcome and direct all guests checking into the resort to the appropriate desk or area.
• Enter tour guest information accurately and efficiently into the computer system.
• Communicate with sales representatives to ensure tours are picked up promptly.
• Support the sales team by coordinating guest flow and assisting with appointment logistics.

Skills & Knowledge Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
• Team-oriented with willingness to support sales staff
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
• Bilingual skills a plus
