Manager, Brand Marketing

Overview

The Manager, Brand Marketing is focused on driving multiple brands’ strategies and the tactical implementation of those strategies. Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing, this role supports strategic brand campaign development using data-driven and insights-led brand planning. They will help develop full-funnel brand marketing campaigns to drive relevance, awareness, acquisition, and retention. This role is a highly organized project manager of multi-channel marketing plans, delivering on time and on budget. In addition, they will work closely & collaborate across the marketing team, agency partners, operations, technology, and finance.

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Brand Directors to help build strategic and tactical marketing plans, including conducting research and working across tech and finance teams to build business cases and strategic calendars across multiple brands within the WellBiz portfolio.
  • Support building the go-to-market strategy, identify how the business will penetrate the marketplace, articulate the marketing target personas, ideal customer profiles, value propositions, and reasons to believe in the business solution.
  • Author strategic business and creative briefs with relevant customer insights for campaign execution.
  • Work with owned and paid marketing teams to pull the strategic plans of each brand through across all touchpoints.
  • End-to-end project management of all aspects of campaigns through final execution and communication to franchisees on time & on budget.
  • Identify roadblocks & solutions to overcome potential issues. Able to pivot & re-prioritize campaigns as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Clearly communicate campaign details through a variety of written and verbal formats to key stakeholders and franchisees.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the marketing department and various corporate and operations support levels to ensure.
  • Manage timely ticket resolution and approvals for franchisee marketing requests.

 

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 1-3 years in marketing and/or project management.

  • Fluency across collaboration platforms such as Google/Google Drive, Asana, Slack, and Zoom.

  • Strong analytical skills– able to leverage data into actionable insights to create impactful marketing programs.

  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing conditions with a positive attitude.

  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, market research, and consumer behavior.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Deeply collaborative, working closely with cross-functional partners and speaking across various disciplines and modes.

  • A strategic thinker who makes qualitatively and quantitatively informed decisions based on thoughtful reasoning and analysis, but is also comfortable making bold, creative moves when the situation calls for them.

  • Comfortable with both execution and strategic tasks and projects - can get into the weeds or keep it more high-level as needed.
