Director of Demand Generation

About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Demand Generation to build and scale the demand engine at webAI. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll own the full-funnel pipeline generation strategy. From selecting our marketing automation stack to executing multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate pipeline velocity and shorten deal cycles. This is an opportunity to shape the future of growth at a cutting-edge AI infrastructure company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of an end-to-end demand generation strategy that consistently delivers MQLs and bookings-qualified opportunities.

  • Stand up and optimize the marketing automation stack, lead-scoring models, campaign calendar, and reporting infrastructure.

  • Design and launch integrated multi-channel campaigns—including digital, events, ABM, and partner co-marketing—to drive pipeline and brand awareness.

  • Create programs that nurture prospects across the funnel and accelerate deals through the pipeline.

  • Align closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure campaign success and pipeline impact.

  • Lead internal teams and manage external agencies and partners to scale execution.

  • Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and continuously iterate based on performance insights and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven success building a demand generation function from the ground up at a high-growth tech or infrastructure company.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver pipeline and revenue through marketing-sourced programs.

  • Deep knowledge of modern marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and performance attribution methods.

  • Experience running full-funnel, multi-channel programs across digital, ABM, events, and partner campaigns.

  • Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and external agency partners.

  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of data, KPIs, and revenue attribution.

  • Clear communicator with strong project management and organizational skills.
